User Experience Designer
Minimum Requirements:
- A university degree in visual arts with specialization in graphic design or completion of a college diploma program in graphic arts is required;
- Experience in multimedia design is an asset.
Duties include but not limited to:
- Preparing sketches, layouts and graphic elements;
- Estimating cost of materials and time to complete graphic design;
- Willingness to learn new software languages, databases and software tools.
Web Developer
Minimum Requirements:
- A bachelor’s degree in computer science, computer programming or Web development;
- Experience as a computer programmer is an asset.
Duties include but not limited to:
- Developing, writing, modifying, integrating and testing the digital platform interface;
- Conducting tests and analyzing data to monitor quality, security, user interface experiences and to identify areas for improvement
- Assisting in the collection and documentation of user requirements.
Marketing Specialist
Minimum Requirements:
- A university degree or college diploma in business marketing, public relations, communications;
- Experienced with social media management.
Duties include but not limited to:
- Assess the characteristics of the product to be promoted;
- Develop strategies and related content for direct and digital marketing and advertising campaigns and implement them;
- Develop and maintain social media accounts;
- Coordinate special publicity events and promotions for internal and external audiences.
Customer Service Representative
Minimum Requirements:
- Completion of secondary school is required;
- Completion of college or another post-secondary program;
- Clerical or sales experience is an asset.
Duties include but not limited to:
- Answer, online or on the phone, enquiries from customers;
- Investigate complaints regarding the platform’s services and policies;
- Receive account payments.
